Sri Lanka is an Island country and it is located in Indian Ocean. Sinhalese speaking people, Eelam Tamil and Indian Tamil speaking people is the major civilization living in Sri Lanka. Eelam Tamils are first and native civilization of Srilanka. Singhalese are invaders while Vijaya king. Indian tamils are plantation workers brought by British to Srilanka. This country was ruled by British. After freedom, in 1956 Sinhala Only Act was law formed in parliament by majority singhala members. By this rule, the basic important rights have been rejected by Singhalese government and they started genocide against minority Tamil speaking people.
